The reason that our 9 litre foam fire extinguisher is so popular (apart from the price, of course) is that it has a special spray nozzle that, if accidentally sprayed on live electrics, will not conduct electricity. That and the fact that it has a 27A 183B fire rating and all of the approvals that you will need to satisfy your insurance and Fire Regulation requirements, complete with a wall hanging bracket and a plastic base if you decide to use an extinguisher stand.
A spary foam fire extinguisher is suitable for fighting Class A fires (paper, wood, material, cloth, etc) and Class B (flammable liquids) making this extinguisher suitable for most modern premises and great for areas where electrical equipment is everywhere such as an office of retail store, and can be maintained and refilled by any qualified service company.
For Fire Regulations, you need to carry out a fire risk assessment. That assessment should tell you what the fire risks are in fire classes such as Class A, B, C, and F (there is no Class E, and D covers flammable metals). To cover the electrical fire risks, a foam extinguisher should be alongside a CO2 fire extinguisher.
