Fire action notices combine several types of safety sign into just one, easy to follow instruction sign. Fire action notices cover exactly what your staff need to do in the event of an emergency, and often include assembly point information too.

EU Standard Fire Action Notices

Our high visibility range of fire action notices display all safety information in their appropriate EU colours. So, fire equipment is indicated in red, fire exits in green, prohibited actions in a red circle with a line through, etc. Blue actions are mandatory, meaning 'must do', and can also be used to indicate essential information, hence the blue "Fire Action" circle at the top of most of our fire action notices.

Your business risk assessment (a legal requirement) will have indentified key points where fire safety information should be displayed. For example, the "Do not use lift" sign should be placed at every lift entrance, to remind staff to use the stairs in case of fire.

All fire action notices at Easy Fire Safety are photoluminescent, so they can be read in the dark. The photoluminescent layer is sandwiched between tough outer plastic layers, creating a rigid, durable sign that is also lightweight. So, it can be fixed to walls without the need for screws, using a super strength adhesive or sticky pads. The photoluminescent layer uses blue and ultra violet light to 'charge' during the day, and emit a yellow/green visible light when it's dark.
