2-Way Inlet Breeching Valve

Our 2-way inlet breeching valve is an essential part of your dry riser system and is manufactured in accordance with BS5041. Installed at ground level at the outside of your building, this ensures it is easily accessible to the fire brigade or personnel during a fire emergency. Normally dry, it means your dry riser system can easily be connected to the water supply to provide water throughout the building to tackle flames. Suitable for installation in either the vertical or horizontal position, it comes complete with caps and chains too.

Manufactured for Vigil Products, our standard inlet breeching valve has 2x BS336 2½” instantaneous male non-return valve inlets, a 100mm PN16 or Table D/E outlet flange and a 1” drain valve. This inlet breeching valve is constructed of cast ion with copper alloy inlet, which is extremely durable, and has a working pressure of 10 bar and tested to a pressure of 20 bar.

The 4-way inlet breeching valve has 4 x 2½” Instantaneous male non-return valve inlets and a 6" PN16 outlet flange. These body is manufactured from spheroidal graphite iron and all fittings are in gunmetal.
