Hydrant Key And Bar

Sturdy and durable, this is a hydrant key and bar tool you can rely on for quick access to water supplies. Used to operate underground hydrant valves, the key and bar assembly fits the standard outlet size for underground valves that meet BS750 which is a 35mm square opening at their base.

The upright section is known as the key, and this is 1055mm long. The bar is slotted at one end to be used to prise open the hydrant cover and, cleverly, fits inside the bar section when not in use and allows leverage when turning the hydrant on or off.
