The Fire Rated Loft Hatch not only prevents fires from spreading for up to one hour, but it also looks great too. Once installed, you can paint it the same colour as your ceiling and it will make it virtually unnoticeable. Not only that, it meets all building regulations including insulation and air tightness, which means no more draughty and cold winter nights. It is also designed to fit between 600cm centre trusses and to look good. With a patented spring loaded invisible keyhole system, there is also no unsightly gaps. As standard, the Fire Rated Loft Hatches are supplied with a black T key. You can also choose for your loft hatch to come with a Radial Pin Tumbler (RPT) lock for extra security. If you really want to make your loft hatch as discreet as possible, choose the beaded frame option. This allows the surround to be hidden by plastering after installation. However, if you’re ceiling is already decorated, the picture frame surround is perfect for retrofitting. The Fire Rated Loft Hatches are also suitable for fitting loft ladders. If you cannot find the size to suit your needs, then contact our customer service for more information on our bespoke service. Please note Due to the nature of this product, some sizes will be made to order, and are therefore not always available on a next day service. |
