Clean Room Mat
The clean room tack mat is manufactured by Wearwell, a US-based company with a solid 60+ years’ track record producing innovative flooring and matting solutions for various industrial applications. The mat is designed to be a practical and economical option for addressing everyday contamination issues in dry industrial conditions.
It measures 91cm x 114cm (36” x 45”), and each mat consists of 30 adhesive sheets that work to trap dirt, dust and other impurities walked in by pedestrian traffic. The adhesive sheets employ the same cutting-edge technology that F1 drivers have on their helmet visors, meaning the clean room tack mat has the capacity to handle demanding work environments like manufacturing zones, medical facilities, and laboratories where maintaining a high level of cleanliness is a concern.
The mat is also suitable for limiting the amount of debris that gets tracked through your premises during remodelling work. It can be used in doorways, on low-pile carpet, tiles, and concrete surfaces and has a tacky backing that helps to prevent against slippage.
Just two footsteps are enough to collect around 90% of debris and dust particles. When one sheet is full, simply peel it off to reveal the adhesive layer below. Plus, each tear-resistant sheet is numbered to indicate when the mat needs to be replaced. The clean room tack mat is sold in packs of four.
