Thanks to its ‘squashed’ design, the fixing bracket supplied will allow it fit securely to the ceiling, and filled with dry powder extinguishant, it’ll be ready to fight most types of fire, even when you’re not around.

The 2kg Compact Automatic Extinguisher is triggered when temperatures in the room reach a high of 68 degrees Celsius (hot enough to avoid it going off accidentally). This is when the glass bulb in the nozzle breaks, meaning it is emptied within 10 seconds over an area of 6 square metres in size.

Types of fire include Class A (wood, paper, cloth, etc), Class B (flammable liquids), and Class C (flammable gas), it is safe around live electrical equipment.
