Instantaneous Couplings – Fire Hose

Designed for connecting one layflat fire hose to another to reach even greater lengths, the instantaneous couplings are manufactured to BS336 for fire brigade equipment for 2.5-inch (64mm) diameter hosing. Constructed of light alloy, the fire hose couplings are still durable to withstand the tough demands you expect to use these hoses in.

With rigged tails on each end of the coupling for a secure fit, with both male and female fixings for both ends, the instantaneous couplings are manufactured for Vigil Products. Commonly used by the fire brigade, they’re also for general industrial use, agriculture and irrigation, and wash-down applications, the fire hose alloy couplings have a working pressure of 16 bar.
