Fire Rated Ceiling Air Valve

With the increased use of air valves, both in homes and workplaces, comes the increased risk uncontrolled spread of fire in the event of a fire accident. If the valve is unprotected, then the integrity of a fire rated ceiling is greatly compromised as fire could easily spread through that valve to the rest of the building.

Thanks to our fire rated ceiling air valve, however, the fire rating of a ceiling need not be compromised. Neither do you have to sacrifice the need for airflow. Our fire rated ceiling air valve will, in a fire situation, completely seal off stopping the fire from passing through it.

A perfect alternative to more expensive metallic fire rated valves, our fire rated ceiling valve is independently tested in accordance with BS EN 1365-2 and can withstand the heat of fire for up to 60 minutes.
