Fire and smoke seal

Intumescent smoke and fire seals are necessary for fitting into rebate on fire frame or door. When subjected to heat, they expand to multiple times their size, filling gaps with flame-tight seal for a period spanning either 30 or 60 minutes as per the size. You can find our smoke seals in grey, red, cream, black or light-brown, with smoke-stopping, nylon-pile strip of 2.1 meters length with adhesive backing. It comes with NHBC type approval with certification from LANTAC Building Control. It has also been smoke seal tested to 100,000 cycles.
