Fire rated foam

Our expanding fire-rated foam will expand by 40 times and can volume so can be used for penetration seals and joints. Typical uses include the installation of fireproof doors and windows, sealing of fire retardant joints in walls and ceilings, and the sealing of all openings in roof constructions.

This Soudal foam is fire rated for up to 4 hours of fire resistance and is tested in accordance with EN1366-4: 2006 but is not intumescent. Each canister is 750ml and the hardened foam can be painted, providing an efficient seal against smoke and gas with high bonding strength and very good filling characteristics. Additionally, it's harmless to the environment.
