6 litre AR foam fire extinguisher

When a possible fire could involve alcohols, polar solvents or other at-risk flammable liquids, the 6 Litre AR Foam Fire Extinguisher is a safe choice. Working like an ordinary foam extinguisher, it includes an extra ingredient which will form a layer on the liquid which will prevent vapour from escaping. That way, the foam is then able to effectively smother the fuel-source of oxygen and cool it.

Suitable for high-risk areas such as airports, heliports, refineries, pharmaceutical plants and other process areas.

Types of fire include Class A (wood, paper, cloth, etc) and Class B (flammable liquids). Tested to 35kV, meaning it’s safe if inadvertently used on live electrical equipment.

Anticipated lifespan with indoor use and proper maintenance - up to 10 years.
