Retrofit door closer

With the Retrofit door closer, there will be no need redecorate as it will cover up any unsightly paint edges and screw holes. And when you use the supplied fixing templates, it’ll be quick and easy to change too.

The alignment back plate allows precise placement of the closer over previously installed units, which is then supported further by four additional screws through the mechanism. Then, with a cover slightly larger than those of traditional closers, the Retrofit door closer will hide all evidence that is has been replaced.

Fitting left or right and push or pull opening doors, you can fit the Retrofit door closer on timber, composite, or metal doors and frames. With a maximum door weight of 60kg, an opening angle of 180°, and adjustable closing and latching speeds, it is suitable for the most common door application. The Retrofit door closer also meets British Standards and has been fire tested.
