The environmentally-friendly 6 litre water spray fire extinguisher has a fire rating of 13A and this 13A rating is the standard used for most fire risk calculations with roughly one 13A-rated extinguisher per 2000 sq ft or 200 sq m, per floor.

But, what makes this one special is that the water is plain tap water with no additives or treatment but, due to some clever technology, the spray nozzle stops the water conducting electricity (tested to 35,000 volts - by someone brave!). And, that means that, when it gets used or tested every fifth year by the engineer, there's no harmful additives or foam to illegally get into the water system (and no expensive refill costs). Plus, this one is pressurised with nitrogen or air making it cheap and easy for any competent engineer to service.
